WHERE ARE YOUR DRESSES MADE?
All of our dresses are handmade to order at our production studio in the heart of London.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY DRESSES TO ARRIVE?
Each Nola dress is responsibly made in small batches by our atelier team in London. If your dress isn't available to buy now. Our lovely team will begin making your design from scratch, with an estimated delivery time of 4-6weeks. This is an intentional decision we made to ensure we up-hold our slow fashion values. We priorotise an ethical supply chain and pace of production that is considerate to the people making our designs.

Our waist to floor measurement is 118cm.
WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?
All prices displayed are in Pound Sterling (GBP).
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order please email us at enquiries@nolalondon.com
as soon as possible quoting your order number.
I HAVE CHANGED THE DATE/CANCELLED MY WEDDING, PLEASE CAN I BE REFUNDED?
We can only accept returns for a refund within 28 days of you receiving your order.
RETURNS
WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE RETURN POLICY?
We offer a free 21 day refund policy (UK mainland only) which starts from the day you receive your order.
For returns outside of mainland UK, the same 21 day window applies and postage costs and any duties are to be covered by the customer.
Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

We recommend sending your return by recorded/trackable delivery.
We cannot refund items that do not get delivered to us and that cannot be tracked.
We cannot accept items outside of this return window or items with their tags removed, that appear visibly worn or have any makeup stains.
