Where are your dresses made?
All of our dresses are handmade to order at our production studio in the heart of London.
How long will it take for my dresses to arrive?
Each Nola dress is responsibly made in small batches by our atelier team in London. If your dress isn't available to buy now. Our lovely team will begin making your design from scratch, with an estimated delivery time of 4-6weeks. This is an intentional decision we made to ensure we up-hold our slow fashion values. We priorotise an ethical supply chain and pace of production that is considerate to the people making our designs.
How long are your dresses?
Our waist to floor measurement is 118cm.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices displayed are in Pound Sterling (GBP).
What if I need to change of cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order please email us at enquiries@nolalondon.com

We can only accept returns for a refund within 28 days of you receiving your order.
RETURNS
What is your online retun policy?
We offer a free 21 day refund policy (UK mainland only) which starts from the day you receive your order.
For returns outside of mainland UK, the same 21 day window applies and postage costs and any duties are to be covered by the customer.
Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. For your returns form please email enquiries@nolalondon.com
We recommend sending your return by recorded/trackable delivery. We cannot refund items that do not get delivered to us and that cannot be tracked. We cannot accept items outside of this return window or items with their tags removed, that appear visibly worn or have any makeup stains.
What if my return is late?
Unfortunately any return requests received more than 28 days from the received delivery date are ineligible for return and if received into our warehouse will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our returns centre.
Can I exchange for another size or colour?
We cannot offer an exchange so we recommend you send us your unsuitable item for a refund and order the required size/product.
How long will my refund take?
As soon as we receive your return it takes 2-4 days to process and we say to allow up to 7 working days for the payment to show on your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.
GARMENT CARE
How can I can for my Nola London dress?
All of our dresses are made from natural viscose and bamboo fabrics. We recommend you dry clean only.
We recommend steaming your gown to remove unwanted creases. If you have ordered online your gown will have been folded and will need to be steamed to ensure it looks incredible. We recommend you test a small area first to ensure you have the setting correct.
