Returns and Exchanges on 'In Stock' Items

We want you to love your dress, so please consider your purchase carefully. Returns and exchanges can be costly for a small business like ours, so thoughtful ordering helps us continue to offer the quality and service you expect.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from delivery to return your dress for a refund or exchange. UK returns are shipped free of charge. For returns outside the UK, please contact us for the returns address.

Returns must be:

  • In new, unused condition

  • All Nola London labels still attached

Returns that are damaged or missing labels will be refused and sent back to you.

We cannot refund lost or missing return parcels. Refunds or exchanges are only issued once returned items are received in the original condition.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
